Lovely little things…

January 16, 2012

This is what 2012 looks like so far from Phoebe‘s point of view…
Back to the gym // Back to school
Love being able to read the Word on my phone!
Women’s ministry meeting had to include cupcakes, of course // Filling out my calendar for January {scary!}

My friend Bekah drove over from CA for the weekend // We cooked and baked like mad!

xoxo,
Jen

    Oh my goodness- your January is shaping up to be frightening! Good thing you are half way through, huh? I also love getting the word on my phone, whenever I need inspiration, love, or encouragement!

    Phoebe stories CRACK me up 🙂

    I love your calendar. Nothing that makes me happier than filling out mine in color-coded/highlighted form– no matter how crazy it may start looking! 🙂

    Oh school… Ben starts tomorrow. I don't miss those days! Although I'm sure it makes it a little different also being a teacher, no? Hope you have a great semester!!

    What app do you use to get the Bible on your phone? I was using Glo but then I just got YouVersion (b/c my church helped to develop it). Always like to know and try new ones!

    Cooking and baking along with a friend sounds like a nice change of pace. Makes the whole process more fun, I bet.

    Girl, you are BUSY! Sheesh, I'm kind of exhausted looking at your calendar. Also yay for asparagus (random, but it's my favorite veg)

    Thanks for linking up with me last week, Jen! Hope you have an awesome weekend!!

Hi. I’m Jen Russum and this blog is where I’ve been sharing narratives of God’s grace for more than a decade now. Some might say “blogs are dead” but I’m waiting for them to come back around like mom jeans and 90s flannel. I enjoy my coffee iced, my summers hot, and my dinner parties long with lots of laughter. I process all of life’s deepest, darkest, and happiest moments by writing essays in my head. When I have the time, some of these essays get typed up and shared here. I’ve always loved to write, and I hope my words bring you joy and encouragement.
