Design Time: Big Clocks

November 1, 2011

Do you guys know I have thing for GIANT clocks? I desperately want a huge clock to hang in my kitchen someday. Maybe after we move in a few weeks, I can save up to go clock shopping. Here are some of my inspirations so far…

Do you like clocks? Big or small? Where would you hang yours? I am still leaning toward the kitchen, but that giant living room clock and the one hanging by the stairs are pretty hard to beat! Love you, friends!
xoxo,
Jen

Oh I love that one hanging below the stairs! What a great idea.

I do like big clocks. We actually have a big outdoor clock hanging over our fireplace. Even tho it was like $20 at Walmart, when it stopped working I took it to a clock repair shop to have it fixed because I love it that much! It also has the temp and humidity on it.

I love big clocks but there is no place in our current house that would be a good spot. I can't wait until we move and get a place for a big clock.

That last one is amazing! When we were registering for our wedding gifts my husband sneakily registered for a huge clock! There is something about them that adds a fun look to the wall that pictures and art don't do!

Big clocks! My eyesight gets worse every year so I like to make sure I can see the time.

I am more for lots of picture frames than clocks.

I like big clock, also (scary. when we have a "Like" in common, I know) I like roman numerals on big clock, the last one is my favorite.

Hi. I’m Jen Russum and this blog is where I’ve been sharing narratives of God’s grace for more than a decade now. Some might say “blogs are dead” but I’m waiting for them to come back around like mom jeans and 90s flannel. I enjoy my coffee iced, my summers hot, and my dinner parties long with lots of laughter. I process all of life’s deepest, darkest, and happiest moments by writing essays in my head. When I have the time, some of these essays get typed up and shared here. I’ve always loved to write, and I hope my words bring you joy and encouragement.
